Creed was founded by Aneel, whose background in retail taught him that people feel a space before they ever think about it.
That insight shaped his approach to property. After renovating and developing homes, he saw that the best spaces weren't always the biggest—they were the ones that felt thoughtfully designed.
When he built his own family home, he put that belief into practice, bringing together the right experts under one clear vision from start to finish. Seeing his family walk through the finished home became the moment that inspired Creed.
Today, Creed designs, builds, and manages properties across London and Essex with the same philosophy: one vision, one team, from concept to completion.
